Yes. There is no lock-in — cancel whenever you like and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow the MSRM Technologies refund policy.
Your members pay your gym directly — by UPI, cash or card — so the money reaches your bank account with no commission from us. Only your own Fit Foundr subscription is paid to MSRM Technologies, securely through Razorpay.
Yes. Share a pay link or QR; members pay with any UPI app and tap "I have paid" so you can confirm in one click.
Yes. Every subscription payment comes with a GST tax invoice from MSRM Technologies that you can download any time. Add your GSTIN to get input tax credit, and give members clean receipts for their fees.
Yes. Owners, staff and members can switch between English and Hindi at any time.
Yes. Attendance and key screens keep working offline and sync automatically when the connection returns.
Yes. Renewal, due-fee, birthday and absence reminders can go out automatically on WhatsApp and SMS.
